FAMILY SUPPORT

Family Consultation

Family Consultation provides caregivers with individualized guidance, practical strategies, and ongoing support to help address everyday needs and priorities. We collaborate with families to strengthen routines, build caregiver confidence, and support meaningful progress.

Family Consultation focuses on helping caregivers feel informed, supported, and confident as active members of their loved one’s support team.
FAMILY CONSULTATION MAY INCLUDE
Caregiver Guidance Practical support around family priorities and everyday concerns.
Individualized Strategies Recommendations built around the family’s needs, routines, and goals.
Home Support Strategies designed to fit naturally into everyday family routines.
Ongoing Collaboration Strategies can be reviewed and adjusted as needs and priorities change.

ONE-ON-ONE CARE

Respite Care

Respite Care provides personalized one-on-one support for individuals with autism while giving caregivers meaningful time to rest, recharge, attend appointments, spend time with other family members, or manage everyday responsibilities.

Respite is individualized around the individual’s needs, routines, preferences, interests, and safety.
RESPITE CARE MAY INCLUDE
One-on-One Support Dedicated support based on each individual’s needs and preferences.
Meaningful Activities Activities can reflect interests, preferences, and preferred routines.
Familiar Environments Support can occur in home and community environments familiar to the individual.
Safety & Well-Being Support emphasizes comfort, routine, safety, and individualized care.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Intensive Individual Support Services (IISS)

IISS provides structured, individualized support focused on developing functional skills that can increase independence and meaningful participation in everyday life. Support is provided one-on-one across home and community settings.

Goals and activities are individualized around each person’s needs, interests, routines, and meaningful support priorities.
AREAS OF SUPPORT MAY INCLUDE
Communication Practice functional communication skills across everyday situations.
Daily Living Build practical self-help and daily living skills that support independence.
Social Participation Support engagement and interaction in meaningful home and community settings.
Routines & Independence Practice meaningful routines and skills that support greater independence.
