How We Support You
Family Consultation
Family Consultation is designed to equip caregivers with the tools, strategies, and confidence they need to support their loved ones with autism. We provide expert guidance and practical support to help families navigate daily challenges, manage behaviors, and better understand their child’s needs and strengths.
How we support families:
- Collaborative meetings to identify challenges and create individualized strategies tailored to your family dynamic.
- Coaching and modeling to help implement behavior plans and improve daily routines.
- Assistance in understanding the Autism Waiver services, progress monitoring, and ensuring goals are being met.

Respite Care
Our Respite Care service provides families with trusted, professional support by offering one-on-one care for individuals with autism in a safe, structured, and familiar environment. This is not a group-based or daycare-style service — it’s personalized, intentional care designed to meet each individual’s unique needs while giving caregivers a well-deserved break.

Intensive Individual Support Services (IISS)
Our IISS program offers structured, one-on-one support designed to help individuals with autism develop the functional, social, and behavioral skills they need to thrive at home and in the community. We collaborate with families to create personalized treatment plans based on the individual’s unique needs, goals, and interests.
What we offer through IISS:
- Personalized, skill-building activities focused on communication, self-help, safety, and social interaction.
- Consistent behavior management strategies developed in coordination with family and clinical recommendations.
- Support in real-life settings such as home, parks, or community centers to encourage generalization of skills
- A compassionate, trained staff member who builds rapport and works regularly with the individual to encourage progress.
