Position: IISS Staff Member

Job Summary:
The IISS Staff Member provides one-on-one support to individuals with autism, focusing on skill development, behavioral management, and social engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized support plans tailored to client needs.
- Assist in skill-building activities to improve independence and daily functioning.
- Provide behavioral intervention and crisis management when needed.
- Work closely with families and caregivers to reinforce therapeutic goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and interventions used.
- Ensure a safe and structured environment during all activities.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations and Maryland state requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old with 100+ hours of experience working with individuals with ASD or related disabilities.
- Experience providing support to individuals with autism in a structured setting.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors and implement appropriate interventions.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
